Kris Clark
I’m a Professional Social Media Consultant & Photographer from Santa Cruz, California and living in Ventura, California. I’ve been around photography production ever since my dad taught me how to use Photoshop CS1 when I was 13 years old.
I spent my early career as a Collegiate and Professional Soccer Player, then shifted focus to action sports and marketing when I joined GoPro in 2012. I spent 8 years learning all aspects of the corporate life; cs, digital marketing, events marketing, content production, global training, sales, and a lot more.
In 2017 I combined my passion for the outdoors, photography, travel and community by purchasing a blank 4x4 Sprinter to build, and diving into Social Media Consulting with the goal of creating a more flexible lifestyle.
2019 and 2020 weren’t as kind to me when I was involved in a freeway motorcycle accident that drastically altered the course of my life, and subsequently laid off from my Marketing role GoPro a few months later when the Pandemic hit (unrelated to the accident).
But with over 15 years of photography and creative experience, and a couple years of consulting under my belt I focused my quarantine time on recovering my body and mind while expanding my education.
